Now that is a long title! Yet it should spark a few ideas into the minds of at least a few Moms out there, who have the ideas but not the money or experience on how to execute them. 
The 2007 Whirlpool Brand Mother of Invention Grant Contest is open to mom’s who have an idea, invention, innovation, or service, but who have no idea how to proceed further with it, all they need do is enter using the online form on the WhirlPool website or print off the downloadable entry form and send it by mail to:

Grand Prize
$20,000 grant, Whirlpool Duet® or Cabrio™ washer and dryer pair, a Whirlpool Fabric Freshener and a $3,000 stipend for a new home office.
Two First Prizes
$7,000 grant, a Whirlpool Gold® PowerScour™ dishwasher and a Whirlpool Duet Sport™ washer and dryer pair.
Two Second Prizes
$5,000 grant and a Whirlpool Duet Sport™ washer and dryer pair.
