I’m in the Detroit area this week for vacation, and it’s interesting to see each year how the city is rebuilding itself. Since the economic collapse, many housing markets are struggling to get back to normal. One of the worst-hit areas was Detroit, causing some of their properties to be sold at auction for a fraction of their worth.
Side note- this house will be gorgeous once she gets it in living condition!
