The rain is holding up the work in the lot next door. It is amazing how many rocks there are on that site. There was a house there once but very little of that remains.  So I am indoors today simply surfing and seeking inspiration.

I came across the Earthly Gardens blog and the current item is about community green spaces. I often feel, as I walk around the various cities and towns, that I have lived in and viisited that people do not pay enough attention to their parks and green spaces. Often they seem empty or at best underused. Now I know there are exceptions to that and I’d like to here about them.

Do you spend time in a park or green space where you live?

We live right by Busch Wildlife Preserve with over 740 acres and there are all kinds of trails and ponds that are available to the public for enjoyment. It is gorgeous out here when the blistering sun is not too hot. Your area looks beautiful too.
