Time for another link roundup!
Shama-Lama Mama took her kids to a neat gold mine tour and brings us back some awesome pictures from it. That looks like so much fun!
My friend over at Mom’s Tinfoil Hat is going to MED SCHOOL! I can’t tell you how impressed I am with that. She’s taking classes like Histology, which cracks me up for some reason. I’m way too immature to go to med school myself, I’d crack up laughing whenever they say things like "vas defrens" and get kicked out immediately.
Have a candy-free Halloween? No way, man. Not in my household.
No, Tanyetta, you are NOT the only mom trying to figure out this mom gig on a daily basis. Some days my kids just absolutely blindside me. It’s never fun!
Finally! The Moosh fall collection is out. Seriously, Casey, the highlight of my day used to be dressing my daughter, until she got old enough to dress herself. Her greatest wish? To be a "fashionista".
An ode to a classic toy. Every time I see the old-school Fisher Price toys, I get a bit teary eyed. BTW, Blonde Mom, I think I may have had the same Sesame Street playset you’re talking about. There was this kind of treadmill-y thing on the top that you could put your people on and then you’d turn the crank and they’d go down the treadmill and then slide down the slide? Anybody know what I’m talking about here?
Finally, a scary ghost story by Christopher over at Death By Children. I, personally, believe in ghosts, psychics, Bigfoot, and the Bermuda Triangle. But not no-money down Refi claims.
That was a very scary story. Thanks for giving us the link. He's got a great blog.
