Babies all develop at different paces. It’s important not to feel bad if other infants the same age as yours are hitting their milestones sooner. It’s just as important not to push your kids (at any age) to accomplish something if they’re simply not ready yet. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t give your babies advantages and help them along. Check out this post by Sunney Sea Gold at Fit Pregnancy for the best ways to boost a baby’s brain power:
-Interact with them as much as possible; respond when he cries or laughs, maintain eye contact with him, calm him when he’s upset, play with him as much as you can.
-Breast milk literally grows brain tissue in infants
-Play music, bang on drums, sing, and dance together!
-Talk, talk, talk- narrate everything you are doing together.
