We don’t have cars in our garage. One side is used for my husband’s riding lawn mower. The other side is home to his motorcycle. It seems a bit unfair to me that I have to go out and scrape the windshield in the winter or fight the rain during downpours. But it’s okay, really. The garage will, at least, house two cars. This is something that not all garages do!

Hmmm.
Let’s see. My car is in the driveway, a Ford Escape. It is 14′ 8″.
Doing some research, a Mazda Miata is 13′.
A Mini Cooper is 12′, but parking to miss both the garage door and staircase wall comfortably that would leave only 3.5″ clearance front and back. So once out of the car you could not get anywhere else in the garage!
But alas, the buyers don’t have a Mini Cooper!
