Living with pets is a wonderful, though sometimes challenging, experience. When you live in an apartment or other cramped space, it can be even MORE challenging. But, no matter how much you try, and how much you love them, some pets simply aren’t meant for small spaces– whether it be their breed or their personality. If you are a pet lover, have been living in an apartment for a while, and considering adopting-it’s important to consider the comfort of the pet above all else. A 100 pound dog is not going to have fun in a 500 square foot studio! Check out this post at Trend Hunter for the best pets for apartments:
-Pugs- they don’t need a ton of exercise and are very quiet!
-Small rodents- like hamsters and guinea pigs don’t take up a lot of room
-Reptiles- snakes and geckos and fish also do not need tons of room
-Cats- can be fine with small spaces, but can be destructive if younger or they have a hyper personality.
