Look at your realtor. Is she making this face? Or maybe she’s gritting her teeth and trying not to pull out her hair. Either way, look out! You might be an obnoxious buyer. Now, there is a difference in being picky and knowing what you want (and refusing to settle for less), and being deliberately difficult.
