Ah, the dreaded dandelion. People who pride themselves on having a beautiful lawn would die in horror at how many dandelions are in my lawn. I don’t care, I love them. My kids bring me numerous dandelion bouquets, and I enjoy blowing the fluff with my kids.
Fortunately, I’m not the only dandelion lover out there. Kenny over at Veggie Gardening Tips has a post today about "Unappreciated Dandelions". He lists ways you can use dandelion greens in cooking and gives some tips on how to control dandelion growth organically.
